Write 500 to 600 word articles. I have found when writing, 60 characters
per line with a hard break at the end of each line, works for most article
submissions. Sometime, the editor will ask for no hard breaks. All you do
is let your copy run and it will break itself.
A tip I learned the hard way. I had to figure this out myself. Do not shorten
do not to dont with an apostrophe. Some of the submission site
automatically reject your article.
Proof read and remove any apostrophe and quotation marks. You may
have to rephrase some sentences in your article. Check for spelling errors.
This is a BIG no no in article submission. Once you write a few articles,
you get the hang of it.
Double space between paragraphs. You want white space. Easier for
people to read. I prefer 5 lines per paragraph. I use a one line paragraph
when I want more white space. Also when my source of copy is limited.
A word of caution! Never put a link to a affiliate site in your article. Your
article will be trashed. Links to your website must be in the profile box
only. Use my article and profile box as a guidline in writing your articles.
When you are satisified with your article, contact the ezine publisher
and ask them to publish your article. They always want grood articles.
